You do not need to create an account to use our service. Communication and delivery happen via WhatsApp, email, and file-sharing tools. By interacting with us, you consent to receive responses via these channels.
All content on this site, including design templates, visuals, branding, and written copy, is owned by Refolio or its creators and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reuse, redistribute, or resell any part of it without permission.
When you submit your project files or assets to us, you confirm that you have rights to use them. You retain full ownership of your original work. Refolio may request permission to showcase the final portfolio work in our own promotions — but only with your approval.
Payments are collected upfront via approved payment methods. Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we aim to ensure client satisfaction through revisions and clear communication.
Refolio is not liable for any loss of business, opportunity, or revenue resulting from portfolio outcomes or delivery delays. Our service is offered on a best-effort basis using the information and assets you provide.
We may modify or discontinue parts of our Service at any time without notice. This includes pricing, plan structures, features, or availability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
